Sales Market : The LBI market is showing some signs of cooling off just a touch . Inventory continues to increase , still not at normal levels . Buyer activity is still high ; however , as folks return to work and kids to school the strong desire for a 2nd home at the beach may be wavering some . Average Sales Prices continue to rise , but again not at the levels we were seeing 6 months ago . Our LBI Fall Market has begun in earnest and we still have plenty of activity , just not the frenzied pace we once had .
