Sales Market : Inventory is beginning to increase . In June we had 79 single family homes for sale , on 8 / 18 , there were 129 . Over the last couple of months the Average Sales Price has been holding pretty steady . We have started to see some listing price decreases . Buyer demand remains strong , but not quite at the level it once was . It appears that perhaps the market is cooling off a bit . Schools and work places are opening back up and a 2nd homes may not be as high on the ‘ to do ’ list . Some of our potential buyers have been priced out to the market and some seem to be wanting to wait out the craziness of bidding wars . It is expected we will have a good Fall market , but perhaps not at the frenzied pace of the past year .
