Sales Members On Campaign:

How many sales team members do you plan to have on this campaign. If your a small business this may not matter. But say you have a sales team of 12 people and you only need 6 to meet your goals, its always good to focus other team members in another directions for another stream of revenue!

Dials Needed:

This is a really important to having a great plan. Break down the amount of dials you will need to complete your lawn care marketing campaign. Say each team member makes 150 dials a day and 55 contacts and out of that 55 only 15 purchase an upsell you will need to plan accordingly for dials.

Social Post:

How many social post do you feel you will need for your campaign to be successful? Put the number of social post you will create to meet your goals.

Emails:

How many emails do you think it will take to help you sell the amount of customers you need. Say your company has 5500 active customers and you have 4100 emails in your customer data system. If you send out say 9 emails in 90 days you could very likely get nearly 250 sales. Email marketing is essential and can work very well!

Ad Budget:

What is your ad budget? If you have say $5000.00 for your upcoming campaign, you need to know what your going to use for ad's. You will also need to know what you need to spend with each outlet. For your marketing you should definitely check out Google Adwords, Thumbtack.com and Porch.com.
