Page | 17 My fondest memories of Music Artist Prince are when I met him in 2008? in Chicago and discussed music, and Oak Park, IL. with him. He was very cool and he complimented me on my name (Romance) telling me "that's a cool name". The other memory was when my former Bass Player (Steve Starr) initially introduced me to a then young new Artist (Prince) that would eventually rule the industry. Steve played the "For You" album for me one day and I was in awe of the acapella intro entitled "For You" named after the album. It was mind-boggling hearing and listening to the raw talent of Prince that day. There was no doubt that I was being introduced to a future mega-star! Even more amazing is the influence Prince would from that day forward have not only on me but the world as well. We could only thank God for the life and blessed gift he shared with us. In closing I want to remind you T.L. that I felt the same exact way when I first met you and read some of your lyrics to songs you were writing! same excitement, same as with hearing Prince's music for the very first time. Your turn is coming soon! - Kenneth “Romance” Wright Lawless Entertainment Magazine – www.llemag.com
