According to the Law of Attraction, ?as within? - what we think within ourselves ?so without? - will be expressed or reflected in the world we live (as within, so without). The good news is that there is always a higher way of perceiving your situation. PHYSICAL. You are a Physical Being that is wired for survival, which explains why taking steps toward your desire feels like your greatest dream to one part of you, but also feels like your worst nightmare to your brain. Your brain perceives the desire as threatening and scary, so it becomes this anguishing internal tug of war. Example: Let?s say one part of you wants to manifest a fulfilling, fun and stimulating job. So far, so good. However, your brain quickly quips in, ?But who will hire you?? You may think that you are too old or too young or not talented enough. ?Rejection will hurt!? It?s at this precise moment that you need to realize that you will manifest in accordance with whichever dominate emotion you feel. Almost always when one part of you has an aspiration, your brain will also be afraid of it. Neuroscience explains this: When feeling threatened with the possibility of rejection in this example, your reptilian brain wants to keep you safe, so the choices are to fight, flight or freeze. This part of your brain has good intentions; it?s not an adverse part of you, but it is a false sense of security. And when you allow this part to high jack your life, symptoms may include frustration, boredom, confusion and a lack of clarity. The fear becomes so familiar that we don?t even realize to what degree it is operating in our life. Feeling frustrated and ashamed, we conclude that we don?t know how to manifest or create our lives. We are often taught to avoid focusing on our fears so that we don?t send them energy by unwittingly calling them into our lives. So we attempt to bypass them by just focusing on what we want instead. However, many of these fears are what we learned in childhood to survive, so our brain doesn?t release them that easily. Divide and conquer doesn?t work. What we resist persists, and causes the fears to only to grow and increase in their power. There are many psychological disciplines that explain this. Examining your fears doesn?t strengthen them, it loosens their grip by ?bringing the darkness into the light.? From here we can take steps to dismantle the fears and beliefs, so that our brain can feel safe. Manifesting from this place of awareness and being in charge yields great results! We can?t always choose what thoughts pop into our heads, but we can always choose to take charge of them. ENERGETIC BEING. Quantum Physics tells us everything is energy. Your body is energy. Your fears, thoughts, and beliefs are energy as well as your emotions. Where you place your attention on (via visualization or your imagination) will create an energy. This energy creates a field around you and vibrates at a certain frequency. According to the Law of Attraction, you will experience events in your life that match that frequency.
