more separation and discord if we want to. We can also use it to
accelerate consciousness like we have never seen before. And
again, to make that contribution that you have been talking about, I
think a lot of your listeners and readers are into.
Jewel s: Yes, I definitely think that. I know my audience is so
wonderful and they really want to make a difference, not only in
their lives, but the whole world for their children's future.
Everybody gets what I'm saying... is that it's not a new principle but
there's new stuff in it. And it's like now is the time we've really got
to start practicing it constantly. We can't wait any longer.
Howard: I think we need to move forward with a sense of ease.
Pushing through is not going to get us there either. There's a way
to do this thing with the heart where you bring in the feeling of
ease. Ease not falling asleep or just taking it easy. It's like a liquid
feeling that comes through the heart. The ease frequency energy
brings more flow into whatever you do. You become more
effective.
So moving forward it in a balanced way with a feeling of ease is
one of the most effective ways to grow.
Jewel s: So we want to remind everybody that there's a better way
for you to monitor yourself and that is through the HeartMath
Apps.
Howard: Yes, the Balanced Trainer is the most popular version. It
monitors your heart rhythms, scores for coherence and then allows you to store information from each
session. The Inner Balance Sensor which you can get from the store on the HeartMath website attaches to
your ear and picks up your heart rhythms. The software then analyzes the heart rhythms and gives you back
coherence scores and accumulated coherence points. This allows you to set it up as a game to accumulate a
certain amount of points per day if you want. Inner Balance is being used by hundreds of thousands of
people all over the world. You can find that on the Heartmath.com web site.
Jewel s: You know, we are really blessed to have HeartMath on the planet at the same time we're here and I
know it's going to grow and grow and grow even further. I am so grateful to you and to the organization and
Doc Childre...everyone at HeartMath. Any final words for us, Howard?
Howard: Well let me say this. We've talked about a lot of things today. And
there's something that people can do that I think would be most beneficial.
It would be to have more compassion for yourself. It can be tough right now.
Try to find some compassion for yourself when you feel like you're not doing
enough or feel that you're not getting it or perhaps feeling like things are
never going to change. All those feelings are part of being a human. You
have the ability to go straight to your heart. Give yourself the gift that is
there. Recognize you're a good person doing good things in your life. This a
very exciting time in human history, so don't get down on yourself. You can
step up that compassion a bit. Everybody's going to have good and bad days.
Don't let that define who you are. If people don't remember anything else
about what we talked about today, I hope they'll remember that.
Another thing I'll just add this. Deep down everybody does have a good
heart. It doesn't appear that way with the craziness we so often see. Life can
be a darker place for people who have lost the connection to their heart. We
can feel like our hearts are shut off because of the way life has treated us. I
understand that. The good news is that the road back home is not as long as
people may think. When you can get back to that place inside life rewards you differently. One of the places
to start would to have more compassionate latitude especially with yourself. That can help to open the
heart. This is part of the evolutionary imperative of these times. Experience your heart like you never have
before. I think you'll find that life is going to become a different experience.
