East Bernstadt School Board is comprised of five representatives who are elected by the citizens to have general control and management of the East Bernstadt Independent School District. The Board has control and management of all school funds and public school property. They exercise all powers prescribed by law in the administration of the public school system, such as: Appoint superintendent, create and abolish positions, establish job classifications, and fix the compensation of employees. Board meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 5 p. m.
