Large capacity washers and dryers are available for use by residents . Each community style building has laundry rooms located on each first floor wing . Every suite style building has laundry rooms on each floor except for Cedar and Ponderosa . Use your debit or credit card directly at the machines to pay . It will even give you a text notification when your load is done !

Cedar and Ponderosa Residents : Laundry facilities for Cedar and Ponderosa residents are available in Aspen , Birch , Sequoia or Sycamore . Please check out a key from the 24-Hour Service Desk . There is a two-hour time limit and a photo ID is required .
Residents must supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets / balls .
