The Chef ’ s Garden supplies the restaurant with seasonally rotating artisanal produce . The operators of this Akron , Ohio based farm aim to cultivate nutritionally dense produce by applying traditional farming philosophies to optimize soil quality and the California Caviar Company , the only vertically integrated caviar company in the United States , is a sustainable farm recognized for applying a practice known as the Köhler Process , which uses the first ever techniques for caviar extraction without harming the Sturgeon .
The menu , set up as a “ Table of Contents ,” is extensive , with libations that include house made craft sodas like almond and rose and jasmine tea . An entire chapter is devoted to the raw bar , oysters , caviar and other seafood , another to Rare Japanese Wagyu & Dry Aged Beef . You can create your own surf and turf , and a dedicated sommelier helped us with whiskey selections , as well as an enlightening lesson in how to drink them .
We were here to see Train at The Yaamava ’ Theater , thoughtfully designed to create the best concert experience for the audience and a space where artists from across the musical spectrum grace the stage , featuring an intimate , 2,500-seat theater , powered by internationally renowned L-Acoustics , known for premium sound technologies .
To get to the theater , guests walk past rows of slot machines with blackjack and poker tables buzzing with the thrill of competition , and the concert did not disappoint . Big name acts rotate nightly ; some upcoming events include Mariah

While it was hard to tear ourselves away from our suite , with soft Frette linens and black out curtains , the next morning we decided to chill at the pool , a sanctuary hideaway enclosed by lines of native trees . The pool deck connects and engages guests back to nature with its subtle earth tones and hints of color . Deck loungers wrap around the poolside in a palette ranging from neutral flint , aquamarine and coral , playfully mixed across the rooftop upon stretches of natural grass . Poolside suites offer 700 square feet of sophisticated , yet approachable design delivering comfort and relaxation . The custom metal and wood millwork media wall is the focal point of this space , balanced by the adjacent custom wet bar with fluted wood details .
Also remarkable is the private club on the 17th floor , available to suite guests with a gourmet buffet and bar . The rooftop VIP lounge is nestled high above , overlooking the expansive views of the mountains beyond and glistening pools below . Whether there to relax or socialize , the private spaces give a sense of exclusivity with an opulent and refined flair . Defined spaces such as private dining , cigar lounge , whiskey locker and back-to-back indoor / outdoor bar and lounge all embody the elevated experience that Yaamava has to offer . Various intimate seating groups indoors provide privacy for social gatherings and outdoor seating groups are surrounded by lush plants on an open , sunny terrace . A sophisticated palette of exotic marbles and select woods , punctuated with carefully crafted and intricate metal details creates a warm , inviting atmosphere while rich jewel-toned fabrics , crystal chandeliers , and bespoke furniture bring a sense of spirit and luxury .
