Sadly, most of the well-known bodybuilders have also used steroids. Some have admitted like former bodybuilder, Arnold Schwarzenegger who admitted in an interview that HE TOOK steroids, only when he was in competitions( take a look at the video where he admits taking steroids).
Although, anabolic steroids can be both legal and illegal. Legally, anabolic steroids can be bought with no prescription, having low doses which cause no harm for those who use them. For the Illegal part, they are those who are overly used and can be found addictive. They do require prescriptions and contain negative side effects. This is why the law prohibits on not only strong types of steroids, but also the excessive use on them. This is why most bodybuilders over use them in order to gain results faster. In the end, steroids remain both secure and unsecure by the law and still require different methods in order to fully maintain control of it. It is not an easy task but it may still be applicable.
