In celebration of turning 110 , the Grand Dame of Beverly Hills , The Beverly Hills Hotel , has a series of events planned to commemorate the iconic hotel ’ s anniversary . Enjoy a “ Pink Palace ” manicure at The Beverly Hills Hotel Spa , inspired by the hotel ’ s iconic aesthetic and afterwards , you can perhaps enjoy a specialty $ 1,912 McCarthy Salad , complete with gold flakes , lobster , caviar , and bottle of Dom Perignon , served in a commemorative bowl by French porcelain makers , Bernardaud . Originally named after the polo playing millionaire , Neil McCarthy , who requested this specific salad with this exact list of ingredients from the chef , it ’ s been on the Polo Lounge menu ever since . The Pink Palace manicure and specialty salad are available through December 31 , 2022 .
If you stay for sunset , there is no better place to enjoy it than in the newly reopened Bar Nineteen12 — located just off the lobby . Featuring rotating art exhibits , and currently curated with dozens of never-before-seen images of Andy Warhol Photography from the James R .
