about your biggest obstacles,
and how you have overcome
them.
Carlos Jose Peralta: The
biggest obstacle I encountered
in my career was trying
to convince advertisers
and media owners about
the potential of Hispanic
Language Media. It was
overcome when companies
such as ZGS Broadcasting,
Mega Communications, the
Archilla Family and finally CBS
Radio that decided to venture
in Spanish Media, through
them many advertisers
discovered the Hispanic
Market.

some of the celebrities that
you have met throughout your
years in entertainment.
Carlos Jose Peralta: One
of the most rewarding things
of my profession has been to
meet celebrities that I have
always admired such as the
departed Celia Cruz, Selena
and others like Marc Anthony,
Gilberto Santa Rosa, Willy
Chirino, Victor Manuelle, Jose
Jose, Cristian, Olga Tanon,
Ednita Nazario, Rey Ruiz,
Oscar de Leon, Raphael,
Jose Luis Perales, Chayanne,
Gloria Estefan, Thalia, Juan
Luis Guerra, and many more
that I have the privilege of
meeting over more than 30
years in radio.

you in your career?

my career is television. I am
