Criolla

amarones a la

Ingredientes : 1 libra de camarones limpios 3 hojas de culantro 1 cebolla 1 pimiento verde 1 tomate 1 cucharada de sofrito 6 aceitunas rellenas 2 dientes de ajo machacados 1 sobre de sazon con achiote 2 cucharadas de aceite 1 / 4 taza de agua sal y pimienta a gusto
Procedimiento : En un salten comienze a sofreir el aceite a temperatura mediana luego anada la cebolla , el pimiento verde y el tomate picado en pedazitos pequenos . Espere 10 minutos y le anade el sofrito las aceitunas , los ajos machacados , el culantro picadito , el sobre de sazon , la salsa , los camarones previamente limpios y el agua . Mezclar todos los ingredientes , tapar el sarten y dejar cocinar por aproximadamente 25 minutos o hasta que espese la salsa a una temperatura mediana .

Ingredients : 1 oz . Mojito Mint Syrup 2 oz . Rum Juice of 1 / 2 large lime 1 oz . Club Soda Mint sprigs 2 cups of ice
Procedure : Blend ingredients together , serve in a 16 oz . glass with mint sprig or lime wheel garnish in a Martini glass .
