The American Red Cross along with the Tampa Bay Hispanic Chamber of Commerce , Las Americas Herald and Latin Times Magazine has joined with The Network of Tampa bay ’ s Privilege card program in a very unique fundraising program to help raise much needed monies for the Hispanic Community here in the Tampa bay area . All monies raised through this worth while program will be used to help benefit the local Hispanic Community . The Hispanic / Red Cross Privilege card can be used at over 950 area businesses that offer discounts of up to 50 % off purchase price , there is also a Prescription Drug discount program with the card , this program will save up 35 % from over 55,000 pharmacies through out the United States , all of the main pharmacies in Tampa bay take this card , like CVS , Walgreen ’ s , Wal-Mart , Publics and many others . The cost of this card is Ten [$ 10 ] dollars annually , and proceeds from this card will go to Local Hispanic and Red Cross programs benefiting our community and the families that so desperately need your help at this time of the year and through out the up coming year .
