As CEO of Discover Maestro, my journey is rooted in community and economic development. Through decades of experience, I have shaped a consultancy that uniquely crafts platforms and systems enabling businesses to build and retain engaged audiences. In today’ s experience-driven era, our approach to experiential marketing ensures not only customer acquisition but also the cultivation of meaningful, long-term relationships. All our efforts focus on using cutting-edge technologies through research and development as well as investment. Our mission is simple: to empower business owners with marketing education. Guided by the foundational pillars of Respect, Integrity, and Loyalty, Discover Maestro offers more than marketing solutions; we provide opportunities that foster sustainable growth. In 2023, we achieved a milestone of 40 million website views and engaged over 300,000 people across 300 + managed social media pages and groups. These metrics reflect the trust and community we’ ve built- communities that translate into loyal customers and vibrant networks. With over 25 years in leadership roles across sectors as a veteran, a board member for nonprofits, and a business owner— I’ ve committed my career to empowering others.
After retiring from U. S. Army Special Forces as a Green Beret and Airborne Ranger, with extensive project management, intelligence, and tactical experience across four combat tours, I remain committed to using my skills for positive impact.
