What is your name ? And where are you originally from ? My name is Aixa Acevedo and I was born in Bayamon , Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey , but have resided in Central Florida for over 13 years .
Tell us about the company you work for . I work at Ad Infinitum , a CK Communications company . We provide comprehensive advertising and design services with full creative support including graphic design , web design , print , broadcast , and multimedia , along with viral and word-of-mouth marketing . We focus on maximizing the client ’ s investment by planning cost effective strategies to meet their specific and unique goals .
From what I understand , your company felt the need to hire someone who speaks Spanish fluently , why ? Over the years , Ad Infinitum has enjoyed working with Hispanic-owned businesses and wants to establish a bigger presence within the Hispanic community . We recognize the vast contribution the Hispanic market has made throughout Central Florida . We are now a proud member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce .
What type of service do you hope to provide to Central Florida Hispanic ? I hope that Central Florida Hispanic will take advantage of the many in-house services at Ad Infinitum . We provide communications services in English and Spanish such as marketing , advertising , and public relations with the utmost integrity and commitment .
What does being Hispanic / Latina mean to you ? It means being one-of-a-kind . It means having the best of both worlds . It means warmth and having a feeling of being surrounded by family when you are among other Hispanics . It means understanding each other at a completely different level . It means I ’ m blessed .

Latino Leadership ’ s 7th Annual Central Florida Community Information Fair
Was held on Saturday , July 29th , 2006 @ Oak Ridge High School in Orlando , FL . The theme of the fair was “ Our Children , Our Future , Our Legacy ” accentuating the importance of setting a good example for our children , not only for their own good , but also for the welfare of our community .
The fair was actually six fairs in one ; With a Health Fair , An Employment Fair , A Housing Fair , A Small Business Fair , A Government / Non-profit Fair and an Education / Back to School Fair .
