Monserrate Restaurant ( which was named after the famous mountain in the center of Bogota ), offers a delicious array of Latin dishes includes a ceviché that is served with a sizzling vegetable and garlic sauce , a variety of mofongo combinations , steamed tilapia , and cabrito guisado . They also make tasty fruit juices with lulo , guanabana , papaya and mango . Monserrate also offers a full beer and wine menu .
