There is lots going on for Latin Times Media , Inc ., so far this year . I am honored to be a Tampena , pero equally as proud to be a Floridian …. Que estado tan lindo ! As we travel throughout Florida developing new relationships with our community , we have meet so many wonderful people – in Orlando , Kissimmee , Ft . Lauderdale , Hollywood , West Palm Beach , Hialeah and yes even Miami …. !
We held our South Florida Magazine release party at the New Port Hotel in Miami with our cover girl Diana Norris in attendance along with over 200 people in attendance .

It ’ s Cuban Sandwich Festival TIME !
The Mayor of Tampa , Mayor Bob Buckhorn presented us with a Proclamation declaring March as Cuban Sandwich Month !
And what ’ s going on with the Cuban Sandwich Festival ?
SF Cuban Sandwich Festival Semi- Finals will take place at Florida Career Tech in Hialeah ! The first Semi-Finals ever to take place …. and for 2015 we will be hosting Semi Finals in various states throughout the Nation in preparation for the 4 th Annual Cuban Sandwich Festival .
The 3 rd Annual National Cuban Sandwich Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday , March 22 nd & 23rd , 2014 . Performing LIVE at the Cuban Sandwich Festival this year is Sol y Son , in their first U . S . tour ! This year the festival expanded to be a 2 day event , with the first day being dedicated to the BIG contest , with contestants expected from all over the nation , and the 2 nd Day being about the awards and the making of the World Longest Cuban Sandwich – our goal 80ft ! On a more personal note , for those of you that have been following my ( our ) diet , we fell off the wagon , but we got back on … determined as ever to get back in shape … I am starting to see a difference , but lots of hard work ahead until I feel healthy again .
