Kristine then moved into real estate consulting at Ernst & Young LLP / Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and Deloitte Consulting , focusing on real estate valuation , corporate advisory , loan due diligence , and portfolio assessment .
Since returning home to Laguna Beach in 2003 , Kristine ’ s real estate career has specialized in Sales and Leasing Transactions . She leverages her extensive market knowledge and professional and social networking in her business .
