Our project

Tell us what you think!

That is ...

Since a lot of time, our high school Laura Bassi organizes cultural exchanges with other schools from other countries. there are two types of exchanges: bilateral (with only one school) and multilateral (with many schools).

This year, we've made this exchange with two schools, one of Valencia and the other of Wieliczka, a city situated in Poland near Kracow.

We've known 20 students on thursday night. We've already had the opportunity to do an exchange with another school in Spain and the same day they've gone, we've met Polish and Spanish students of Comenius.

Even if we were really tired, we've integrated and we've liked each other.

Also, italian guys live far the one from the other but we've tried to stay together to make them have an experience as best as possible.

We've brought them in our city to let them visit it and know our traditions: we've brought them one of the two towers, so they could see the landscape of Bolonia from above.

They've eaten the most known pizza of Bologna, the one of Altedo and also the Crepes, which they don't have in their country.

They've also had the opportunity to try italian food in our houses and at the Dinner that we had all together on Sunday. We've showed'em how to prepare Tortellini, a tyipical plate of Bologna and they've also danced on the notes of italian music.

Between culture and fun

We've done another activity we think they've liked, the trip in Venice: we've brought them to St Marco square and we've showed them the city in general. We've also talked with one of the 4 men remained who still makes oars for the Gondolas.

Beyond the cultural side, we've brought them to do shopping and we've showed them what we do when we go out for the night, and they've liked it.

Even if we're writing this paper right now, the exchange still hasn't finished and we know that lots of good things are going to happen and we won't write them, but we're sure that we're really going to miss them.
