A healthy lifestyle is a way of living that
lowers the risk that dying early, is very
important because we need a good
health for the future and a comfortable
life.
Everybody have unhealthy habits, is not
easy change that, is a long process, the
unhealthy habits like: skip breakfast,
excessive use of the pone, drink too
much alcohol, eating junk food, not
drinking enough water, go to bed late.
For a good lifestyle we need healthy
habits, like a good nutrition, dairy
exercise, adequate sleep, manning
stress in a positive ways, reduces
alcohol and smoke. Actually we need a
lot of protein, vitamins, minerals, in a
varied diet.
Group 3
We are young, we have a lot of
pressures, in the school, sports, and
have a healthy lifestyle can be difficult.
But is important remember that healthy
habits you adopt right now, will carry
the rest of your life.
