Letter from editor:
When I first heard about the Sustainable Transformational Framework project, also known as STF, I felt quite incapable to find a challenge in my community that I could fix. I wanted to do something that affected me and other people, and something I'm passionate about. As you will read later on this magazine, Bioscience High School has only one language in their world languages program and
I am,personally, very interested in learning other languages because when I came to the United States from Cuba , learning English was really helpful. I want my friends and peers to experiment that feeling and the benefits that come with it.
Throughout the magazine you will be seeing projects from each of my classes that will somehow relate to my challenge. This includes, graphs, mathematical transformations, and a Spanish article. I will also provide an intervention plan that I will apply next year, when I become a sophomore.
This magazine will inform you with factual evidence and entertain you with a few poems and amazing content. You, the reader, will feel the need to learn a language after you are done with every single page, or at least that's the goal :)
