Wood finish( PWF ™) is our longest established process with over 20-years in the field. It offers a low maintenance super-realistic, tough
finish. It won’ t rot or warp and doesn’ t need any special sealants. You can utilise the design flexibility of metal and combine it with the appearance of wood.
Our Stone ™ range has become popular with a move towards lightweight engineering. Long aluminium spans, large planters, and robust seating can be constructed with no weight-issues, and our powder coated stone finishes deliver realistic colours and textures.
Evolution ™ and Rust ™ finishes, have an established reputation in construction and can be seen on buildings across the UK. These finishes have pleasing texture and level of visual detail that makes you feel compelled to touch them. Unlike Corten, which causes water run off staining, powder coating finishes are stable.
PowderLUX ® is the newest of our ranges. It includes patinated coppers, blackened steel, burnished bronze and glossy soft pastel,‘ edgy and contemporary’ colours that work well in urban environments. Living with the finishes.
The powder coating process does not use heavy metals, CFC’ s, volatile organic compounds( VOCs) or
age-accelerating processes. There is no chemical run-off, secondary contamination or hazardous waste. It is pet friendly. Coated materials can be recycled easily. Maintenance couldn’ t be easier – just wash with water, no need for chemicals or harsh cleaning materials.
