Traditionally , the best time to plant semimature stock is during the autumn / winter , whether its evergreen or deciduous . However , our hedges and trees have been carefully curated and maintained to be planted anytime of the year , even during the growing months .
Our Practical Instant Hedge™ has been produced to ensure that it is easy to handle and plant all year round , with no transplant shock . We have designed this instant hedging range to give you plenty of choice , depending on your garden style , local soil , and weather conditions . It ’ s also ideal for use as a partition or screening to divide your garden into sections .

We also specialise in screening trees , and we currently have over 800 in stock at our nursery in Iver , Bucks . We have such trees available with a clear stem up to fence panel height of around 1.8-2m with a full bushy canopy , or pleached ( trained to a narrow canopy ) or fully feathered trees . These trees are containerised , meaning that they are currently growing in large pots , and are ready to plant and thrive in your garden .
