Following a delay due to traffic movement alterations , the scheme to improve the flow of public transport and enhance pedestrian and cycling facilities at one of the key gateways into Liverpool City centre has now been completed . Having already supplied a large quantity of standard ARBORSLOT recessed tree surrounds with central tree apertures to the initial phase , Jones of Oswestry worked with all parties to design and manufacture a further quantity with bespoke offset tree apertures when the public realm improvements to Lime Street and Skelhorne Street re-commenced . Fabricated in mild or stainless steel the Jones of Oswestry ARBORSLOT incorporates a series of recessed trays for paving infill , allowing for the continuation of the paving up to the actual tree aperture whilst providing suitable aeration and drainage facilities to enable the tree to flourish .
Available in any size , to suit any type of infill , Jones of Oswestry ARBORSLOT have also been specified by numerous Landscape Architects due to their inherent strength and quality and Disability Discrimination Act features .
