Make it easy for people to contact you . Ensure your to see who you are and what value they can get from you . Perform a 5 second test : open a page on your website , close your eyes , open your eyes . What is your eye drawn to ? Can you tell within 5 seconds what your business does and how you can help your clients ? Can you clearly see next steps ? If not , fix it . contact details are clearly visible . Do not hide them on a ‘ Contact Us ’ page or in the bottom navigation . Put it at the top of every page .

Fill your sales pipeline with opted in leads who have an interest in your product or services . Have a simple form that allows prospects to share their details in exchange for useful information , it could be a newsletter , check list or guide . Make sure that the value exchange is equal , people will generally not want to give their email address for a sales brochure or price list .
Update it with content that will be both interesting and useful to your prospect customers . This helps with search engine optimisation also .
