Philadelpia - USA The Rail Park in Philadelphia is a disused railway line that has been transformed into an urban park. Streetlife provided the Free Form Tree Isles that now spruce up the area. This tree isle system is made of CorTen and can be used to create a wide range of free forms. Here, the tree isles have been fi tted with border seats from our well-known Rough&Ready Range. © Bernd Fersterra Leipzig - DE Globe Tree Planter Mobile Green Isles with large plant boxes bring the courtyard of the University of Leipzig to life. Here, they are combined with Mobile Surf Isle Modules. The different modules can be used to create a variety of confi gurations. They are not attached to the surface and remain mobile. This allows for variation when converting squares to green leisure spaces. Solid Terrace System Mobile Green Isles are also available in an oval shape. These mobile planters have integrated hardwood seats. The basic framework is made of thick sheet steel in CorTen or powder coated RAL. The Solid Top Seats consist of hardwood slats (7x7 cm). Rough&ReadyTangram Tubs In Blankenberge, Streetlife has developed street furniture in line with the city’s visual branding for various locations. Love Tubs from the Streetlife ‘Love’ Series have been installed in a city centre square. These tree tubs are made of stainless steel and possess a luxurious appearance. They are easy to move and can be used as temporary structures to give a green aspect to public spaces. The public space of Bataviastad in Lelystad (NL) is equipped with Streetlife’s Oval Tree Isles. This addition gives the highly functional public space of a shopping area a softer character with a higher quality to stay and relax in. The Tree isle provides a greener street scene and offers seating options to the shopping public.
