The company has a range of structures within its collection as well as offering customers a bespoke service. “Home cinemas, pool houses and bars are becoming increasingly popular”, elaborates Gytis. All Crown Pavilions garden buildings are designed and built to order in the company’s Oxfordshire workshop and installed on site. Constructed in steel, the framework offers a sturdy basis upon which to build using the finest Scandinavian wood and Canadian red cedar. Business going through the roof Prices for garden buildings start at £20,000, while a gazebo starts at £7,000, including delivery and installation. The company fulfils around 600 to 700 installations per year. “2015 was a good year for us, we sold 600 units and expect to increase that significantly this year”, says Gytis. With a turnover of £7m and growth of 30% yearon-year, Crown Pavilions began seeing revenues rise just before the recession and accelerated growth throughout the downturn. Furthermore, the company forecasts that turnover will almost triple to £20m within the next 3 to 5 years.
