And the success keeps coming. This
year, Timotay, which employs around 70
members of staff, Won a regional driveway
award in December which has now been
entered into a National Shortlisting to
be determined this year. It isn’t the only
prize up for grabs in 2016 either, as the
company re-emerged as a domestic
market specialist with a highly acclaimed
Large Residential Development scheme in
the North West.

Timotay Landscapes is no stranger to
awards. The specialist landscape design
and construction business was most
recently shortlisted for a Marshalls National
Award for Best Driveway and two of The
Association of Professional Landscapers’
top prizes for a playground development
and Large Residential Scheme. This
recognition follows multiple accolades
from BALI and other major industry
bodies for an assortment of diverse and
challenging schemes.

Indeed, Timotay’s long-running success
was first celebrated by the British
Association of Landscape Industries in
2001 when the company won three awards
for Design & Construction of a Domestic
Scheme, Domestic Garden Planting
Scheme, and Domestic Garden Design &
Construction. It was a few years until its
next BALI achievement but in 2008, after
the introduction of “Playscapes” in 2005,
Timotay was awarded another BALI prize
for Design & Construction of a Play Garden.
It’s this recognition that continues to help
distinguish the company thanks to the
respect BALI holds within the sector.
Established in 1985, Timotay has over 30
years of experience in high end domestic
landscaping. The highly
