Adrian created this four-metre sculpture for a client whose house-building project appeared on Channel 4’s Grand Designs Adrian Gray Stonebalancing Stunning sculptures for any setting – as seen on BBC1’s The One Show Adrian’s latest work, ‘Trust in Nature’, pictured with RHS Rosemoor events co-ordinator Sally Smith at Rosemoor’s winter sculpture exhibition Adrian Gray has been a stonebalancing artist for more than a decade – and his sculptures just keep getting bigger! His latest – and largest – piece (pictured left) is nearly five metres tall and is currently on display at RHS Rosemoor’s winter sculpture exhibition. It’s made of gorgeous Bodmin granite, initially balanced on the moor in a long, tense and precise process that was filmed for The One Show on BBC1. Adrian then moved it to Rosemoor and fixed it in place for safety and longevity. A stonebalancing sculpture makes a stunning addition to virtually any outdoor space. If a giant balance isn’t right for your project, Adrian creates smaller pieces (from about a metre in height) and even some mini-balances suitable for indoor use. All sculptures are fixed securely in place and come with a film of the balancing process. Adrian may even be able to work with your existing rock, as he did for a client whose self-build (pictured top) appeared on Channel 4’s Grand Designs.
