Over the last twelve months we supplied over 4000 flags to the newly
built Ormiston Academy in Aveley Essex, currently supplying over 400
tonnes of Granite to a public realm project in Central London, over 4,600
m2 of clay products to a contract in Catford for housing, Specialist kerbs
to Victoria Station, 1600 m2 of reclaimed Yorkstone along with specialist
Portland stone cladding to St Bartholomew’s Hospital, 40 tons of Granite
setts to the new next store in High Wycombe, over 500 tonnes of specialist
bedding mortar to the refurbished National theatre in central London and
natural stone benches to the new East Village project in Stratford (former
Athletes Village)

With in-house design and technical support we will work together with
your construction team to ensure your project is supplied on time and
within budget, giving the desired aesthetical appearance.
The project featured in this edition is our largest project to date at Fitzroy
Place in Central London, Addscape are supplying Granite, Blue Limestone,
Specialist stainless steel edgings to the paving along with specialist
bedding and jointing mortars for the paving and cladding. As part of the
34 Landscape & Urban Design Issue 14
contract Addscape are also supplying special features in the form of inlaid
lettering for name placements and Granite paving with a sand blasted
pattern and benches with a Corian inlay. Here at Addscape we enjoy a
challenge so whatever you can think of, we will do our utmost to make it
a reality.
The project is due for completion in late 2015 and we will be back later in
the year to showcase the key features of the project.

For 2015 Addscape have launched a range of domestic granite paving in
project packs of 17m2 available in 6 colours, Silver Birch, Evening Grey,
Midnight Black, Perlino, Champ and Dusty Pink.
The packs contain a mix of 3 sizes to create a random effect paving
pattern, although single size packs are available along with a range
