Jr ., Commander Allied Land Command ( LANDCOM ) announced LANDCOM achieve Full Operating
Capability ( FOC ) during exercise Trident Lance 2014 ( TRLE14 ), which was conducted at the Joint Multinational Training Command , Grafenwoehr , Germany , December 10 , 2014 . This is now the first Allied
Command Operations ( ACO ) component to become FOC since the formulation of the 2010 NATO Strategic Concept .
