report by the Government-backed
Tech City UK ranked the Bristol
area as second only to London in terms
of its digital clusters, with 61,653 people
working in the sector supported by the
likes of business incubator SET squared
– 5,500 more than in Manchester.
Rental yield in the city increased by 7.4
per cent between 2013-14 according to

figures from HSBC but figures completed
by MoneySuperMarket.com also last year
found that Bristol was the most expensive
place to live in the country outside of
London and the South East.
