It’s now £82 on average more expensive to rent a property than it was in November 2013. The biggest increases came from the North of the country, with Yorkshire and Humber rising £66 (11.66%) and the North East £65 (10.24%). Both regions showed signs of recovery during October following a lean year in which advertised rents declined at a consistent rate.
