No less will do
for homelessness

The vast majority of landlords and
tenants want much the same thing
– a stable, secure tenancy they can
both rely on. This is especially true
for homeless people, who know only
too well what it’s like not to have
that stability.
Yet many landlords will be anxious
about renting to a homeless person: they
worry about whether they’ll be able to pay
the rent, or if they’ll need more support
compared to other tenants. Unfortunately,
this perceived risk can make it even harder
for that person to find a place
