My education at the University of Oregon is where I developed my interest in space as the focus of my practice. I latched onto doing observational drawing, and understanding form through art, which I definitely continue today. An important part of my education was my experience with one of my professors, Ty Warren. Though my basis was in painting, I took digital arts classes from Ty, which naturally led to an interest in playing in and between media. More importantly, however, she really let me loose. Even though she taught digital classes, she was a big proponent of making work through any means
