, curator talk about it . As you mentioned , I didn ’ t study arts , my background is more or less technical . I started to paint frequently around 5 years ago with mixed media on canvas , just experimenting . Within the years I have improved my techniques with acrylic on canvas which is my favorite medium , but I also try other things from time to time . Even if this technique has a random component due to the experimental character , over the years I figured out how to process and mix the colors to gain the wanted effects . There is no real criteria for me what aesthetic means . I just keep changing the things on the painting that feels inharmonic until I am somewhat satisfied . This process can last for many months and some cases years . Aesthetic for me doesn ’ t necessarily means beautiful , it ’ s more the coherence of the expression .
