students in which I have taught art too . I find it to also be a great method of therapy and diverse relaxation .
Through my art education , I was introduced to a very wealthy amount of famous landscape artists through time . Aside from the great appreciation I attained from these artists and their outstanding work , I began to question common exhaustion and modesty of the standard landscape that I was compelled to find a way and take things to a whole new level . I tend to focus primarily on my backgrounds first when creating a piece so that I do not lack any attention to the detail that will be later on seemingly distracted by elements of the foreground and of course in my case the primial subject matter . I feel that my works are unique in the very sense that some of my paintings are indeed landscapes in itself , but with a modern twist ! I ask , why not tame to both very prestigious styles ?
Whenever I am creating my art , I am always thinking about what others may or may not pickup or perceive after viewing the completed work . This to me is an artist ’ s greatest pleasure .
Unless you can read my mind , you will never be able to know for sure what was going through my mind when creating a specific piece of art , unless however I was to tell you . This fulfillment alone is exclusively exciting as an artist , to hear what others have to say about the work and how they individually perceive it .
