CONTEMPORARY ART REVIEW were there , if we had been in a canoe for the previous 7 days in the wilderness , or on a long road trip together . I take these photos to both have a daily image diary of the amazing sights and themes of a single day and to have images to later turn into Artworks . At the time I take the photos I have no idea which will be which . I work quickly and instinctively , but I have been doing this for such a long time that my image composition choices are almost always good and reliable . My personal imagination later works to turn photos into artworks which may help subsequent viewers into escaping and overcoming their particular reality when they view the image or images .
