CONTEMPORARY ART REVIEW
Paradoxically, an artist would learn in time that the rule is there are no rules. Like the proverbial river that looks the same but there are elements that get added to it and subtracted from that life-sustaining body of water. Perhaps the river is an analogy that is closest to my approach. Sometimes there is a deliberate human intervention to direct the flow of water but the greater force of nature eventually wins out. In the end, it’ s all about serendipity. Before anyone else, the artist himself should experience delightful surprises on a project. I probably won’ t call something as art if it’ s entirely predictable.
