What has at once caught our attention of your insightful inquiry into the beauty of architectural design in natural light is the way you have been capable of creating a concrete aesthetics from direct experience : when walking our readers through the genesis of the Dimensions of Light would you tell us something about your usual process and set up ?
As a visual designer , I usually research and prepare for a project in advance in order to achieve perfection . However , “ Dimensions of Light ” was an exception . Although this project was clearly inspired by the splendid world cultures and great architectural achievements , its creative process was a serendipity experience . In 2003 , I received a gift of Nikon Coolpix 5700 camera — my first digital SLR camera . In early 2004 , I had my first solo travel . From then on , I carried my cameras wherever I went and captured beauty through my lens . The first photo of this series was “ Walt Disney Concert Hall - Los Angeles ,” as I was living in Los Angeles at that time . In the early years , I was not fully aware of my passion for architectural design and multi-cultures .
