The UK ’ s premier association for all pre-1972 Hot Rods , Street Rods & Customs ! Originally formed in 1972 , the NSRA is the choice club for UK rodding enthusiasts . As well as being the National organisation for hotrodders , each year the NSRA organises two of the UKís largest hot rod show weekends , two major auto parts swapmeets , and two nostalgia drag racing event weekends . 2022 looks to be our busiest year ever , with our 50th anniversary year we intend to bigger and better than ever before .

APPRENTICESHIP INITIATIVE
In the JOC ’ s 50th Anniversary year , we are proud to announce our plan to raise the awareness and profile of Jensen cars with young people who are keen to become Engineers in the classic car field .
We strongly consider that classic car clubs have a role to play in preserving and extending the skills needed to perpetuate the UK ’ s motoring heritage .
■ We therefore plan as a club to support apprentices who want to work on classic cars , including Jensen ’ s , and to demonstrate our responsibility , commitment , and continuity to the future .
■ We want to promote our Jensen marque as part of that heritage .
■ Through the Bicester Skills Academy , in 2022 , and plan for subsequent years , to set aside up to £ 2,500 to provide awards to this initiative , in association with a well-known automotive tool manufacturer .
■ In 2022 , we will invite apprentices to apply for individual awards , including toolboxes , and support others through the Academy .
■ The recipient ( s ) of this award will be presented with it at the NEC classic Car Show in November 2022 .
■ We will ask selected apprentices to work with the Jensen Owners Club to promote this scheme , including regular inputs to our club website and magazine .
■ In so doing , we believe we will make a significant contribution to sustaining the needs within the classic car industry of its workers , employers , and academic bodies .
