Alan East-Jones – 1953 MG TD
Having been restored in Canada prior to 2013 when Alan bought the car , the delightful British classic , featuring some period racing modifications including the exhaust system , was returned to England in 2019 .
Dave Thunder – 1970 Opel GT
This rare sports car was imported from the USA in 2017 , and has been re-sprayed from green to an eye-catching orange .
Glyn and Duncan Hurst – 1978 Austin Maxi
The father and son say the restoration focused on maintaining originality , with just one panel requiring a small paintwork repair .
Fabian Steele – 1982 Lotus Esprit Turbo
Setting out to make a replica of the car from Bond film , For Your Eyes Only , Fabian says this is “ probably the most accurate copy ever made .”
Fay Morgan-Hine – 1982 Lynx Eventer
Formerly owned by the late musician , Rupert Hine , for 35 years and now by his wife this special Jaguar is an early prototype .
Gareth Jones – 2000 Audi 80 Cabriolet
One of the last produced , and commissioned for Audi UK , it features a 2.8-litre V6 engine and had only one previous owner between 2000 and 2020 .
Gideon Mayers – 1993 Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth
Purchased in 2015 and formerly part of a famous fast Ford collection , it has a notable history being the last UK-spec right-hand drive example to leave the production line and the only one painted in Mallard Green .
Ian Whitticase – 1964 Austin Mini Super
Acquired in 2010 , this delightful Mini has been a rolling restoration in between appearances at shows where it always gets plenty of attention .

Jake has treated the car to engine work that included a new head gasket , along with a fresh interior with new carpets and seat trim .
