ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Buses
Shuttle buses run between the visitor car parks and the entrances until up to one hour after the show closes each day.
Cash points
Free ATMs are located at the train station or Resorts World.
Catering
Numerous food and drink options are available throughout the halls, with additional choices in the Piazza and Atrium.
First aid
Report any accidents to nearby security for assistance. There is a medical centre located between Halls 4, 5 and 8.
Hearing impairments
Public telephones are available for hearingimpaired visitors. Induction loop audio systems are installed at the ticket booths and the Live Stage. BSL-signed Live Stage performances will be held on Saturday, 14 November.
LOST Children
Report to the Organiser’ s Office in Hall 2 or alert security immediately.

Available in most toilet areas around the Piazza and Atrium.
Press office
Located along the main concourse, near the entrance to Hall 4.
Seating
Bench seating is available in the Piazza and Atrium. Remember to get a re-entry hand stamp when leaving the show.

Located throughout the halls and circulation areas.
Wheelchair hire
A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire at £ 10, and electric scooters are available for £ 25 per day. Equipment can be rented, card payments only. Accessibility Support located by Hall 5 or by Hall 9.
