Payment method and plans
Our orders require a 30 % commitment fee of the total price quoted . The remaining 70 % is paid as follows . 1 . Cash payment on delivery . 2 . Credit payment with terms and conditions , which is paid in three consecutive installments .
Terms and Conditions
Bank Standing orders are the only means of payment for all credit customers . Credit customers sign a law binding contract where installments will be made within 3 consecutive months via a Bank Standing Order . All Credit Payments accrue a 20 % increase on the unit price due to bank charges , administration fees and other operational costs . All outstanding balances after 3 consecutive months accrue 5 % monthly interest and legal action will be taken thereafter .
Delivery terms
Orders are delivered within 21 - 28working days after receiving payment . Free deliveries offered within a 15km radius of Harare CBD . Courier service fees are applicable for distances above the radius specified
