Celebrating 20 years: Culer’ s of Lakeville

Lakeville Chamber: Voice of business

The mission of the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce is to be the advocate, resource and leader for our members and the business community. We work throughout the year to create opportunities for you to have meaningful conversations, make direct connections, and have access to people and resources that are important to your business and to your employees.
We are YOUR SEAT AT THE TABLE Building a network, nearly 600 businesses strong, gives the Lakeville business community a strong seat at the table with our local legislators and leaders. We weigh in and share information as decisions are being made that will affect the ability of local businesses to grow, create jobs, attract top talent and give back to our community.
Access to Local Leaders Each month the Chamber hosts an Access & Issues meeting where members hear updates from local leaders and can ask questions and actively engage.
Candidate Forums and Debates During election years, the Chamber conducts candidate forums for Lakeville City Council, ISD194 School Board, State
Senate, and State Representatives. These are open to the public both in-person or via live stream. They are also recorded and made available on the City and Chamber websites.
Chambers of Dakota County The Lakeville Chamber partners with our neighboring Chambers of Apple Valley, Burnsville, Dakota County Regional, Hastings and River Heights on programs and events aimed at information sharing and connections. We partner with Dakota County on a State of the County update. During election years, we co-host a Congressional District 2 Debate. This is open to the public both in-person or via live stream and is also recorded and made available on each Chamber’ s website.
Minnesota Chamber Federation The Lakeville Chamber is a member of the Minnesota Chamber Federation. Along with roughly 50 other local chambers in the state, we work closely with the MN Chamber staff as they work directly with our legislators and the Governor’ s office to make sure the voice of our local businesses is heard during session and throughout the year.
