Lakeville ’ s recreational amenities are second to none and include over 1,200 acres of parks , 492 acres of greenways and conservation areas , over 125 miles of paved trails , 70 park facilities , 49 playgrounds , 22 shelters and 41 picnic facilities . Ritter Farm Park , a 340-acre wildlife refuge with hiking trails for summer and cross-country skiing for winter , also features a five-acre dog park . Antlers Park and Beach re-opened in the spring of 2024 with a beautiful remodel and added an events venue , a firepit gathering area , and LBC on the Lake restaurant .
