Assessment invoices are mailed the last week of January with details on how to submit payment . Members must pay in full or set up monthly automatic draft payments as described in the annual invoice . Payment is due March 1 . There is a 30- day grace period for owners to make late payments without penalty . All unpaid accounts will be assessed late fees on April 1 , and interest will begin accruing .
Please note , assessment payments should not be sent or delivered to the LLA office .
