Spinach-Hater ’ s Spinach Casserole
Squash Casserole
Prep : 15 minutes Cook : 1 hour
1/2 stick margarine , melted 2 c . herb flavored dressing 3 c . yellow squash , sliced thin 1 bell pepper , chopped 2 onions , sliced thin 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz . sour cream salt pepper
Combine margarine with dressing and place half of mixture in bottom of baking dish . Combine remaining ingredients and spoon on top of dressing in baking dish .
Top with second half of dressing mix and bake at 350 degrees for at least one hour .

Spinach-Hater ’ s Spinach Casserole
Prep : 15 minutes Cook : 30 minutes
1 can cream of potato soup 2 pkg . frozen chopped spinach , drained 1 small container sour cream 1 c . Monterey Jack cheese salt pepper
Combine potato soup , spinach , and sour cream into a casserole dish . Season to taste with salt and pepper .
Top with cheese and bake covered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees . Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes . Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving .
