2 c . good biscuit mix 1 egg 1 / 2 c . oil 1 1 / 3 c . club soda

Mix ingredients together and ladle onto hot waffle iron or on a hot grill for pancakes .
Batter does not keep , so make only as much as you need . You can also cook extra to freeze .
Later , pop them into your toaster !

1 ( 32 oz .) pkg . frozen hash browns , thawed 3 c . ( 12 oz .) processed American cheese , grated 1 ( 10 3 / 4 oz .) can cheddar cheese soup 1 c . sour cream 3 / 4 c . green onion , sliced 1 c . potato chips , crushed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees . Combine all ingredients except potato chips . Spread mixture in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan .
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips . Bake 50-60 minutes until browned and bubbling .
Serves 8-12 people .
